Violet Sue Pharris Spaulding, age 80 of Covington, KY, formerly of Butler, KY and Burkesville, KY, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY.
She is survived by her daughters, Mona Lewis of Glencoe, KY, Cynthia “Rene” Guenther of Hebron, KY, her son, Scott Lewis of Florence, KY, her sisters, Maggie Claywell of Louisville, KY, Thelma Irwin of Albany, KY, her ex-husband, Waymon Lewis of Dry Ridge, KY, 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchldren.
Funeral service: Friday, January 26 2018, at 8:00pmET at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, 1833 Petersburg Road, Hebron, KY, 41048.
Graveside service: Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 12noonCT at the Booher Cemetery in Cumberland County, KY.

Visitation: Friday, January 26, 2018 after 6pmET at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home in Hebron, KY until the funeral hour
