David Edd Parrigin, 67, of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018 at 11:40 AM at his home. He was born on Aug. 1, 1950 in Metcalfe County, KY, a son of the late William E. & Mayme Marie Rhinehart Parrigin.
He was preceded in death by one brother: Eli Parrigin on June 30, 2013.

David attended Trinity United Methodist Church, and was a retired Kentucky State Police Driver Testing Administrator.
