Murray Scott, age 81 of Columbia, KY died Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 7:57 P.M. at his home. He was born September 17, 1936, in Adair County, to the late Jack and Georgia Murray Scott.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ida Mae Corbin.
Murray was a member of Columbia Baptist Church, serving as Deacon, former Trustee, Usher and in any capacity needed. He retired from Nelson County School System and was a former sign painter.

Burial: Haven Hill Cemetery
Visitation: Thursday, March 8, 2018 after 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. Friday at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home and after 9:00 A.M. Friday at the Columbia Baptist Church
