Eva Sallee Close Bowman, age 97, died on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Concordia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville, KY. She was born on Wednesday, October 13, 1920 in Green County, KY to the late Emmett and Fannie Sallee.
Also preceding her in death was her husband: Fred Bowman as well as a daughter: Louise Close, a son: William James Close, a great grandson: Jeremy Wilkerson and 4 brothers and 1 sister.
She worked for 30 plus years at Fruit of the Loom. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and had been a member of First United Methodist Church in Campbellsville over 77 years as well as having attended Drakesboro Methodist Church with her daughter when she was able.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with Bro. Neil Salvaterra officiating
BURIAL: Brookside Cemetery
VISITATION: 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 prior to the service at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home
