Lewis Dayton VanFossen, age 69, was born August 31, 1948 in Rushville, Ohio to the late Dayton and Charlotte Heskitt VanFossen. He departed this life Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at his home in Green County, KY.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the United Brethern Church in Ohio. He was a retired Machine Technician at Amazon and a member of the National Guard for six years. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother: John VanFossen.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Stephens VanFossen, 2 brothers: Elson, Herb and 1 sister: Stella VanFossen, all of Ohio, plus a host of beloved nieces and nephews.
Following the wishes of Mr. VanFossen, the family chose cremation. There will be a memorial service scheduled at a later date. Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg is in charge of the arrangements.
