Garlan Baker, 86, of Columbia, KY passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at 10:36 AM at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY after several weeks illness. He was born January 25, 1932 in Adair County, KY, the son of the late William Dewey & Iva May Keltner Baker.
Mr. Baker was a member of Columbia United Methodist Church, a retired welder for Fisher Body in Chicago, Illinois and a farmer. He was a member of the Green River Kruzers Car Club and enjoyed woodworking and storytelling.
He was preceded in death by these siblings: Thomas Baker, James Sonny Baker, Ruby Land, Lucille Sneed, Clara Adams, Geneva Yarberry & Bertha Marie Baker.
