RUTH ANN BLACKWELL, 66, CAMPBELLSVILLE

 
Ruth Ann Blackwell, 66, of Campbellsville, KY formerly of Columbia, KY passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 1:08PM at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY after several weeks illness. She was born on March 16, 1952 in Columbia, KY, the daughter of the late Robert and Ruth Winifred Williams Blackwell Sr.  
 
Preceded in death by one brother, Robert Blackwell Jr.
 
Ruth Ann was retired from Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville, KY.
 
SURVIVORS:
4 Sisters: Rannie Blackwell of Columbia, KY; Marilyn Blackwell of Louisville, KY; Sharon B. Brown of Prospect, KY; Judy Lewis (James) Bardstown, KY
5 Brothers: Ronnie Blackwell of Greensburg, KY; Dale Blackwell of Columbia, KY; Charlie Frank (Deborah) Blackwell of Louisville, KY; Keith Blackwell of Louisville, KY; Kelly (Beth) Blackwell of Louisville, KY
1 Sister-in-law: Cynthia Blackwell of Bowling Green, KY
Several nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends
