Terry Lee Edwards, 73, of Simpsonville, KY formerly of Columbia, KY passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 at 1:05 PM at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY after illness. He was born on March 15, 1945 in Columbia, KY, the son the late Margie Edwards Bryant Lemmond.
He was preceded in death by 1 son: Efren Edwards in 1989, 1 brother & 1 sister: David Bryant & Betty Jo Bryant Jarrell and his step-father: Clifton Bryant.

A Memorial Service for Terry Lee Edwards will be held from on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 4:00pm-6:00pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, with a sprinkling of ashes immediately following at Tarter's Chapel Cemetery, 4360 Milltown Road, Milltown, KY with Bro. Randy Johnson officiating
