MELVIN R. SALSMAN, 87, LOUISVILLE (GREEN CO. NATIVE)

 
Melvin R. Salsman, 87, of Louisville, KY, a son of the late Henry Salsman and Agnes Matherly Salsman, was born July 9, 1931 in Green County, KY. He died at 7:01A.M., Friday, September 14, 2018 in Louisville.      
 
He was also preceded in death by 3 brothers: Thomas Eugene Salsman, Billy Joe Salsman & David O. Salsman.
 
Melvin proudly served his country in the United States Army having served in Korea. He was a retired from GE where he was a manager of information systems.
 
He united in marriage to Barbara Parson April 28, 1926.

Wife: Barbara Parson Salsman
3 sisters-in-law: Marilyn Salsman of Campbellsville; Jackie & husband Billy Coffey of Adair County; Darlene & husband J.R. Bishop of Green County
Several nieces, nephews and many other relatives & friends
