Linda C. Tiller, 61, of the Vester community of Adair County, KY passed away suddenly Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 8:51 PM at TJ Health Columbia Emergency Room. She was born on Jan. 23, 1957 in Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Edna Curry.
Linda attended the Barnett’s United Methodist Church serving as Sunday School teacher, retired from USDA office in Columbia, where she had worked there for over 36 years service. Linda was a proud member of the Burton Ridge community. It was the only place that she ever called home.
She was very fond of her farmers that she worked with, some for 3 generations, through the USDA. She was one that showed her love by service to others, many times wishing to do so in the background or without recognition. 4-H and working with the youth of Adair County was a passion of hers, serving on the 4-H council for many years. Gift giving was her love language. Linda was an avid reader and often gave books out to pass along the joy that reading brought her.
