Eva Dean Holstin, 66, of Greensburg, KY, the daughter of the late John Ed and Mazetta (Lile) Meadows, was born Monday, September 1, 1952 in Green County and departed this life on Saturday, September 29, 2018 in Louisville at the Norton Hospital.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sulphur Well. She was a former CNA and a homemaker.
She united in marriage to Ronald “Ronnie” Holstin, who preceded her in death on November 15, 2014.

Graveside Service: Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. CST at the Bethlehem Cemetery in Green County with burial to follow. William L. Trout will be officiating.
Visitation: After 12 Noon CST on Tuesday at the Bethlehem Baptist Church.
