KENNETH G. THOMAS, 81, LIBERTY

 
Kenneth G. Thomas, 81 of Liberty, KY passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2018, at Casey County Hospital. Born on December 2, 1936 in Adair County, KY, he was a son of the late Ray & Venus Daughtery Thomas. 
 
Kenneth retired from General Motors. He was an Army veteran. Mr. Thomas was a longtime faithful member of Liberty First Baptist Church. He was an incredible husband and family man that loved the Lord and his church.
 
SURVIVORS
Wife: Nina Sue Roy Thomas, who he married on August 24, 1963
2 sons: Berlin Thomas of Jacksonville, Florida; Dwight Warren of Campbellsville, KY
1 granddaughter: Jennifer Varnado
2 great-granddaughters: Lily Sue and Lauren Marie
3 brothers: Charles Thomas, Harold (Cora) Thomas, Lowell (Beth) Thomas all of Indiana
1 sister: Leona Spaw
 
Funeral Service: Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 2:00pmET at First Baptist of Liberty with Bro. Jimmy Brown officiating
 
Burial: Birdie Russell Cemetery with military honors by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard
 
Visitation: 10:00amET-2:00pmET on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at First Baptist of Liberty
