Willow Murrell Lewis Shelton, 82, of Columbia, KY died Monday, October 1, 2018 at 5:30 A.M. at Summit Manor Health & Rehab Center. She was born September 7, 1936, in Adair County, KY to the late Tom Paul and Mary Sue Hill Lewis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 4 sisters; Mack, Ralph & Coleman Lewis, Euna Sullivan, Nadean Baker, Geneva Morrison & Katherine Stotts.
