Andrew Chadwell, 66, of the Gradyville community pf Adair County, KY died Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 5:45 P.M. at TJ Health/Columbia Emergency Room. He was born May 16, 1952 in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Ray & Ruth Robinette Chadwell.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Denney.
Andrew was an electrician and a member of I.B.E.W.

Wife – Robin Underwood Chadwell of Columbia
2 sons – Aaron Chadwell of Yuma, Arizona and Adam Gartin of Columbus, Ohio
3 daughters – Amber, Amanda & Allie Chadwell all of Columbia
3 brothers – Paul Chadwell of Siesta Keys, Florida, Steve Chadwell of London, Ohio, Craig Chadwell of Columbus, Ohio
8 grandchildren
The family has chosen cremation and a memorial service will be held later.
