Kathryn Stephens, 100, of Russell Springs, KY died Monday, November 26, 2018 at the Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown. She was born June 9, 1918 in Sellersburg, Indiana to the late Perry and Florence Ella Bottorff Couch.
She was a homemaker and a member of Russell Springs United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Karlus Jackson Stephens who died February 11, 2001 and a daughter, Gwen Howard who died in 1991.
