Ursula K. Finegan, 80, of the Cane Valley community of Adair County, KY passed peacefully from this life on Wednesday, December 20, 2018 after an illness. She was born on November 16, 1938 in Bremen, Germany to the late Fredrick and Eleanora (Wollman) Krueger.
She was a homemaker, wife, mother, and friend, and instilled her legacy and Christian values in her children. She enjoyed reading, especially things of solid moral value, and raising a garden and flowers.

5 children: Jimmy Ray Finegan and wife Cindy of Washington, Robert Lee Finegan and wife Shawna of Tennessee, Bilinda Lines and husband Jimmy of Cane Valley, Angelica Ann Melton and husband Shane of Georgia, and Regina Eleanora Harshaw and husband Chris of Tennessee
2 siblings: Gisela Grother and Garett Vondenberg, both of Germany
19 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Rayvel George Finegan, and a son, Roy "Norm" Finegan.
Cremation rites were accorded her by the L. R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Campbellsville, KY. There will be a memorial service held to honor her life at her home on a later date.
