DELLA RAE MONTGOMERY, 83, COLUMBIA

 
Della Rae Montgomery, 83, of Columbia, KY died Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the Green Hill Manor Nursing Home in Greensburg, KY.  Born in Jamestown, KY she was the daughter of the late Carley D. and Mary A. Davis Polston. 
 
Ms. Montgomery was retired from GE Appliance in Louisville, KY.  She loved Quilting and visiting with her family, especially her grandchildren.
 
SURVIVORS:
2 daughters: Terri Molter (Jim) of Louisville, KY and Anna Christine Fugate (Jeff) of Taylorsville, KY
3 grandchildren: Lauren Coleman, Whitney Cockrell and Emma Fugate
3 great grandchildren: Stella Coleman, Wyatt Cockrell and Weston Cockrell
1 sister: Carol Polston Cowan of Columbia, KY
1 brother: Willard Polston (Faye) of Elkorn, WI
Several nieces & nephews
 
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Anna Yarberry, Arlene Miller and Phyllis Fudge and 6 brothers: Joe Preston, William, Kirby, Keith, Kenneth and Wallace Polston.
 
Ms. Montgomery chose cremation and a memorial service will be held in Louisville, KY at a later date. 
 
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
