James Ray Hedgespeth, 75, of Campbellsville, KY son of the late Howard Lee Hedgespeth & Letha Sprowles Hedgespeth, was born October 29, 1943 in Taylor County, KY. He died at 11:36 A.M., Saturday, February 2, 2019 in Lexington.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Roberts Baptist Church. James was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served his country honorably in the United States Army. James was a retired welder with Campbellsville Industries and more recently Tech Fab in Campbellsville. In his spare time James enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He united in marriage to Mary Jane Gilbert December 3, 1976 and she preceded him in death April 8, 1982.
