Julian Amon "Teddy" Stephens, 92, of Russell Springs, KY died Friday,February 8, 2019 at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset. He was born October 17, 1926 in Russell County to the late Urias & Ora C. Stephens.
Teddy was a millwright and a member of Coffey's Chapel United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Stephens; 2 grandsons, Jason Garner, Zachary Stephens; 4 siblings, Vercena Hadley, Janice Helms, Urias "Jr" Stephens, & Geneva Shearer.
