Connie Cundiff Schulz, 55, of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born April 26,1963 in Casey County, KY, she was a daughter of Ethel Shell Cundiff and the late Howard Cundiff.
Connie was a homemaker and a former caregiver for Home Health. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Survivors: Husband, Thomas Schulz of Liberty; Mother, Ethel Cundiff of Dunnville; 1 son, Jonathan Cundiff of Liberty; 1 daughter, Amanda Cain of Liberty; 7 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Donald Cundiff & Larry Cundiff, both of Dunnville; 1 sister, Bonnie Cundiff Cochran of Liberty
In addition to her father, Connie was preceded in death by a son, Shannon Cundiff.

Burial: South Fork Cemetery
Visitation: 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home
