David Stephens, 79, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. David was born in Russell Springs, KY on June 17, 1939 a son of the late Velna (Meece) and Arlus Stephens.
David served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired Educator.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Carl, Junie, Kent & Terry C. Stephens, and 1 nephew, Stan Price.
