Frankie Calhoun, 61, was born October 29, 1957 in Green County, KY to the late Frank Calhoun, Jr and Mary Elizabeth Gartin Calhoun. He departed this life Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at his home in Greensburg.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of 2nd Baptist Church in Greensburg. He was a United States Army Veteran. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers: Max and Eric Calhoun.
SURVIVORS: Wife Tonya Woods Calhoun, one son: Mario Calhoun of Elizabethtown, three stepchildren: Matthew Antle and Latisha Spurling and her husband Brandon, of Campbellsville and Janie Patterson and her husband Tyler of Greensburg. He is also survived by 3 sisters and 3 brothers: Beverly Calhoun of Campbellsville, Dinah Calhoun of Louisville, Terry Calhoun Mitchell of Aurora, Illinois, Mark Calhoun of Georgetown, Cecil Calhoun of Louisville and Rev. Andre’ Calhoun and his wife Patricia of Summersville, 4 grandchildren & 4 step grandchildren, special friend: Kimberly Buckman, plus a host of other relatives & friends
Funeral Service: 10:00amCT on Monday, February 25, 2019 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY with Rev. Lewis Henry and Rev. Mike Ash officiating
Visitation: 5:00-8:00pmCT Sunday and after 7:00amCT Monday
Interment: Green County Memory Gardens, Summersville, KY
