ROBERT "BOBBY" CALLISON, 81, CAMPBELLSVILLE

 
Robert T. “Bobby” Callison, 81, of Campbellsville, KY, a son of the late Paul E. Callison and Frances Cheatham Callison, was born April 12, 1938 in Adair County, KY.  He died at 2:14 P.M., Sunday, May 5, 2019 in Campbellsville.        
 
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Woodlawn Christian Church. Bobby was a retired co-owner and operator of Dairy Queen in Campbellsville, having started working there as a sophomore in high school; he was there for more than 60 years.  Early in life, he enjoyed motorcycles and later enjoyed golfing, bowling, vacationing with friends and even built his own car and attended many car shows.  He was very active in the Special Olympics with his son, Jason.
 
He united in marriage to Lucille “Luci” Colvin March 26, 1977.      
 
SURVIVORS: Wife, Lucille “Luci” Callison of Campbellsville; 6 sons: Robbie Callison, Tim Callison & wife Jennifer  and their mother Jane Bryant of Bowling Green, KY, Jason Callison of Campbellsville, Greg Bertram & wife Stephanie of Denver, Colorado, Chris Bertram of Campbellsville and Kevin Bertram of Bardstown, KY; 3 grandsons & 3 granddaughters: Dylan Callison & wife Chandler of Bowling Green, KY, Wyatt Callison and Bailey Callison of Louisville, Casey Bertram, Jed Bertram and Kelyn Bertram of Denver, Colorado; several nieces & nephews and many other relatives & friends
 
He was also preceded in death by one brother and twin sisters: Phillip Callison, Sara Ann Callison and Betty Lou Callison.
 
VISITATION: 5:00-8:00pmET on Tuesday at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home and 9:00am-11:00amET on Wednesday at Woodlawn Christian Church
 
FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00amET on Wednesday, May 7, 2019 at Woodlawn Christian Church in Campbellsville by Rev. Fella Wilson
 
BURIAL: Columbia City Cemetery
