Rev. Gilbert Larimore, 90, was born August 21, 1928 in Green County, KY to the late Olie and Annie Belle Cook Larimore. He departed this life Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY.
Rev. Larimore had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of South Greensburg Baptist Church. He was a minister and he retired from the US Postal Service, where he was a rural letter carrier. He was a US Army veteran, serving during the Korean War. He was a member of the James L. Pruitt VFW Post 5813 Greensburg and the Rod Lowe Post 124 American Legion, Greensburg.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son, Gilbert Anthony Larimore and 3 brothers: Billy Joe, Thomas and Lawrence Larimore.

Funeral Service: 1:00pmCT Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home with Rev. Wilburn Bonta and Rev. Robert Adkins officiating
Visitation: 5:00pm-8:00pmCT Monday and after 7:00amCT on Tuesday
Burial: Beech Grove Cemetery with Military Honors
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to The Gideons for Bibles. These can be made at the funeral home.
