Shelton Lee Davis II, 59, of Greensburg, KY died Thursday, July 25, 2019. He was born March 6, 1960 in Columbus Mississippi to Lydia Louise Stringer and Shelton Lee Davis.
He was married to Brenda Montgomery on July 11, 1993. Shelton really enjoyed his job as a truck driver because he loved to travel. He was most was recently employed by Trans-Cor in Somerset. His hobbies included fishing and spending time with his family. He was generous and kind. He loved well and was well-loved by all family and friends. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Sulphur Wells Community
He was preceded in death by his wife: Brenda, mother: Lydia, & father: Shelton.
SURVIVORS: 2 step-sons & their wives; Scott & Kim Montgomery, Timothy & Melissa Montgomery; 6 grandchildren: Madison, Andrew, Alexander, Hezekiah, Chelsey and Kylan Montgomery; 1 brother: John Davis of Columbus, Mississippi; 3 sisters: Genia Edmonds of Franklin, NC, Elizabeth Grindstaff of Bruceville, Texas, and Betty Bealis of Noxapater, MS; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins & great nieces & nephews.
Memorial Service: Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 6:00pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 208 Mitchell Edwards Road, Sulphur Wells, KY
Graveside Service: Monday, July 29, 2019 at 9:00am in the Cemetery of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sulphur Wells with Bishop Gledhill officiating
