Loyd Wayne Bell, 71, of the Levelwoods community passed from this life on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at his home after a valiant fight with cancer. He was born on April 19, 1948 to the late Creed and Myrtle (Warren) Bell.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Larue County. He was a former production worker at Kentucky Cooperage and a farmer.
Mr. Bell was married to Mrs. Kimberly (Brown) Bell, who preceded him in death.
He enjoyed keeping his yard tidy and neat and working on small engines, but his first love was his grandkids. He was especially proud of them and loved spending as much time as possible with them.
SURVIVORS:
3 children: Angela Fields and husband Joey, Renee Bell, and Joey Bell and wife Annie, all of Campbellsville
4 siblings: Larry Bell and wife Annette of Larue County; Arvin Bell, Gary Bell and wife Jeannie, and Junior Morris, all of Campbellsville
9 grandchildren: Olivia Fields, Randi Jo Giles, Emily Fields, Levi Fields, T.J. Atwood, Deklan Wayne Bell Parker, Sydney Benningfield, Mallory Dowell, and McKenna Dowell
1 great-granddaughter: Ava Fields

Besides his his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a sisters: Shirley Morris and two brothers: Roy and Dean Bell.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Will Sipes officiating
Burial: Beside his wife in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Bethel Church Rd, Campbellsville, KY.
Visitation: Monday, August 19, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home
