Rella M. Roy (Gosser), 91, of Franklin, Indiana died Tuesday, August 27, 2019 surrounded by her loving children. She was born on August 14, 1928 in Russell Springs, KY to James Joshua and Eva (Chumbley) Gosser.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Avert Gerald Roy in 2009 and 3 siblings: Ervil Gosser, Ilda Scales, and Lora Butcher.

A celebration of Rella’s life will be held on Friday, August 30 at 11:00amET at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin, Indiana.
A private graveside service will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
