BERNICE OSBORN, 87, LOUISVILLE (FORMERLY OF CAMPBELLSVILLE)

 
Bernice Osborne, 87, of Louisville, KY (formerly of Campbellsville, KY) daughter of the late Gus Edelen & Flossie Cox Edelen was born on October 10, 1931 in Taylor County, KY. She departed this life on Sunday, September 15, 2019. 
 
Bernice had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a homemaker.
 
She united in marriage to Bill Osborne on December 8, 1975, who preceded her in death on February 14, 1979. She was also preceded in death by one son, Ancil Lee Farmer in 2012, and 3 sisters & 2 brothers: Clara Hogan, Opal Decker, Ruth Ann Cox, Mitchell Edelen and James Edelen.
 
SURVIVORS: 3 sons & 6 daughters: Mary Francis Burton and husband Robert of Campbellsville, Karen Marie Kearney of Berea, Judy Gail Linker and husband John of Taylorsville, Constance Farmer Harkness and husband Glen, Bonnie Klempner, Patricia Joyce Bergin and husband Walter, Roger Lee Farmer and wife Doris, Michael Otis Farmer and wife Nancy, and James Allen Farmer all of Louisville; 5 step-children: Billy Osborne, Mike Osborne, Greg Osborne, Tina Osborne and Theresa Osborne; Many loving grandchildren & great grandchildren; 1 sister: Betty Lou Hunt of Campbellsville; Several nieces & nephews and many other relatives & friends.
 
Funeral Service: Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 11:00amET at Auberry-Gupton & Chandler Funeral Home with Dr. Brad Palmer officiating
 
Burial: Harden Cemetery   
 
Visitation: Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 5:00pm-8:00pmET and after 7:00amET on Thursday at Auberry-Gupton & Chandler Funeral Home
 
Pallbearers: Grandchildren
 
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Taylor County Animal Shelter.
