David Ray Stargel, 59, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at his residence. He was born February 7, 1960 in Somerset, KY, a son of the late Elvis and Della Irvin Stargel.
David was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church.
