CARL BRUNELLE, 82, CAMPBELLSVILLE

 
Carl Roland Brunelle, 82, of Campbellsville, KY passed from this life on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at the Green Hill Manor Nursing and Rehab Center in Greensburg after an extended illness. He was born in Bangor, Maine on February 5, 1937.
 
Mr. Brunelle had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Christian faith. He was a computer engineer, having worked for NASA on the Apollo 13 mission, and a former employee of Digital Equipment (now Hewlett-Packard). Mr. Brunelle was a veteran, and served his country honorably in the United States Air Force.
 
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sgt. Katherine Elizabeth Brunelle, on May 30, 2007.
 
SURVIVORS:
3 sons: Chris Brunelle, Mike Brunelle, and Jarrod Brunelle, all of Campbellsville
2 siblings: Grace Jatkwicz and husband Frank of Vermont, and Martin Brunelle and wife Rose of New Hampshire
7 grandchildren: Alex, Izzy, Maddie, Jasmine, Nicholas, Sara, and Marcus
1 great-grandchild

Funeral Service: Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 1:00pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with Bro. Waylon Pendleton officiating
 
Burial: Lebanon National Cemetery with full military honors being conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard
 
Visitation: Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019 from 5:00-8:00pmET
