Jeffery Fugate, 58, of Jamestown, KY passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at his residence. He was born on Wednesday, August 23, 1961 in Hazard, KY, a son of the late James Elmer & Wanda Duncil Fugate.
Jeffery was from the Creelsboro community and was a land surveyor.
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert "Bob" Fugate, and a sister, Sandy Wyatt.

Visitation: 11:00am-1:00pmCT on Friday, February 7, 2020 at the church
Interment: Bledsoe Cemetery at Creelsboro
