WALTER MICHAEL REISINGER, 75, ROLEY

Walter Michael “MIK” Reisinger, 75, of the Roley community of Adair County, KY was born July 13, 1944 and passed from this life on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at his home after an extended illness. He was a son of the late Melvin & Jene (Bennett) Reisinger.

Walter had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. As a young man, he joined the United States Navy, and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He earned his living in the construction industry; he travelled extensively supporting his family and passing his abundant knowledge and work ethic on to his children. His gruff exterior belied a gentle giant that was a favorite grandfather, friend, and confidant to many.

Walter was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Reisinger.
