Buford Leslie Akin, 78, of Green County, KY passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020 at his home. He was born August 12, 1941 in Green County, KY the son of the late Leslie "Pat" Akin and Eliza Estelle Neagle Akin.
Buford had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. He was a Veteran having served in the United States Army. Mr. Akin had worked for the Kentucky State Department of Highways, Fruit of the Loom, Amazon, and Cox Interior. His love for life was farming and his little dog, Sammy.
