Floyd J. Coomer, 87, died Tuesday, March 24, 2020 in Palos Hills, IL. He was the beloved son of the late Daniel and Lula Coomer and beloved husband of the late Opal McClister Coomer.
Floyd was a member of Masonic Lawn Lodge #815 for over 60 years.

5 children: Linda (Glen) Dyer, Dennis (Linda) Coomer, Phyllis (late Ron) Szabo, Debbie Coomer, and Floyd Jr. (Tina) Coomer
6 grandchildren: Tim, Erica, Jason, D’Ann, Renee, and Vicky
Several great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews
Many cousins, relatives, and friends
He was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie (Peggy) Coomer and by 6 brothers & sisters.
Visitation for Floyd J. Coomer will be private and reserved only for the most immediate family members on Friday, March 27th, 2020 at Hills Funeral Home, Ltd., 10201 S. Roberts Rd., Palos Hills, IL.
There will be a private graveside service on April 3, 2020 at Haven Hill Cemetery in Columbia, KY.
