Mike Reynolds, 61, of Columbia, KY died Tuesday, August 4th, 2020 at the T.J. Health Columbia Emergency Room.
 
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be available on Wednesday. Grissom Martin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
