James Russell Butler, 76, of Russell Springs, KY died Sunday, August 16, 2020 at the Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville, KY. He was born on November 16, 1943 in Jefferson County, KY to the late Phillip & Mildred Scholl Butler.
James was a retired teacher from the Russell County School System and a member of the Russell Springs First United Methodist Church.
