Daril Gene Salyers, 55, of Columbia, KY passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020 at TJ Health Columbia. He was born on April 4, 1965 in Boyle County, KY son of the late Cecil and Edith Davis Salyers.
Daril was a bus driver for Adair County School System. He was a member of Mt. Zion Church of God. Daril loved the Lord and was a very dedicated Christian. He was highly involved in the church. He lived every day trying his best to talk about Jesus. Daril was the Sunday School teacher at church and was beginning to preach. He dearly cherished his grandsons and his children and loved spending time with his family. Daril was a farmer that was very much involved in the community. Hunting and fishing were two of his favorite hobbies.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Debra Salisbury and a brother, David Salyers.

3 brothers: Jerome (Kimberly) Salyers, Timothy Salyers, and Ricky (Brenda) Salyers, all of Liberty, KY

Burial: Thomas Ridge Cemetery
Visitation: 6:00-8:00pmET on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Please enter through the front doors (Campbellsville Street side) of the funeral home.
