Michael Eugene Coppersmith, 58, of Campbellsville, KY passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Norton's Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born September 30, 1962 in Pomona, CA, son of the late Floyd Eugene Coppersmith and Holly Kay Noland Coppersmith (who survives) of Connecticut.
Michael was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a United Methodist Minister, having served as pastor of several Methodist churches including: Union and Haye's Chapel United Methodist Churches in Russell County and First United Methodist in Campbellsville, KY.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Cindy Coppersmith.

3 grandchildren: Madilyn Redmon, Eloiise Stai, & Ava Jo Stai
Funeral Service: Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 2:00pmET at the First United Methodist Church in Somerset, KY with Bro. Larry Nichols officiating
Visitation: Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 11:00am-2:00pmET at the First United Methodist Church in Somerset, KY
Interment: Greasy Hollow Cemetery in Seedville, TN
