James Absher, 93, of Columbia, KY died Monday, November 9, 2020 at Grandview Nursing & Rehab in Campbellsville. He was born February 4, 1927 in Adair County, KY to the late Joe and Emer Moore Absher.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Corbin Absher; 2 grandchildren: Gregory Wayne Kemp & Alaina Adams; and a son-in-law, Norman Janes.
James was a US Army Veteran, a former factory worker, school bus driver, mechanic and farmer.

2 daughters: Janet Janes of Campbellsville; Emma Jewell & husband Don of Glasgow
