Lela Neff, 88, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at Russell County Hospital. Born on July 2, 1932 in New Concord, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Earl and Pauline Hickle Shepherd.
Lela was a homemaker and a former beautician. She attended Main Street Baptist Church in China Grove, North Carolina. Lela was a loving mother and grandmother.

1 son: Rick (Dianne) Neff of Russell Springs, KY
4 grandchildren: Brandy Dunigan, Alana Reynolds, Amber Parke, and K.J. Webb
13 great-grandchildren
2 brothers: Ronnie Shepherd and George Shepherd, both of Columbus, Ohio
In addition to her parents, Lela was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Lee Neff, who passed away on January 16, 2012; 4 brothers; and 1 sister.
A private family memorial service will be held.
Cremation rites were honored by Bernard Funeral Home who is in charge of arrangements.
