Kenny Ray Foley, 70, of Foley Road in Russell Springs, KY passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family. Born on October 30, 1950 in the Webbs Crossroads Community of Russell County, KY, he was the son of the late Vernon and Elizabeth Wilson Foley.
Kenny Ray was a SP4 US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a hard worker. He was a small engine mechanic and owner of Foley’s Small Engine. Kenny Ray was also a cattle hauler and owner of K&S Trucking.

In addition to his parents, Kenny Ray was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Raye Foley.
Due to COVID restrictions, funeral services will be held privately for family only on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Bernard Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Friendship Cemetery. Social distancing guidelines must be followed by everyone in attendance. Facial coverings are required.
