Joyce Kelley, 65, of Columbia, KY died Sunday, December 6, 2020 at her daughter’s home. She was born March 24, 1955 in Adair County to the late Joe & Ruby Factor Hunter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Bobbie Jo Pegg & Louise Bray.
Joyce was a member of Columbia Church of the Nazarene and the former Payroll & Benefit Director at Westlake Regional Hospital.

In accordance with the Governor’s Mandate, all services will be private with burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.
