Paula J. Eubank, 64, of Columbia, KY died Friday, January 8, 2021 at U.K. Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington, KY. She was born July 28, 1956 in Adair County, KY to the late Hall and Eva Willis Johnson.

Paula was a member of Columbia Church of Christ, taught in the Adair County School System for 17 years and was owner of Hallmark for many years.

Husband: David Eubank of Columbia

3 sons: Dave and his wife Erin Eubank, Eric and his wife Tina Eubank all of Bowling Green and James Allen Eubank of Columbia

1 God-daughter: Teresa Eubank of Columbia

3 sisters: Peggy Ellis, Connie Stone & Becky Rogers all of Columbia

8 grandchildren: Dawson, Dylan, Olivia, Ava, Carson, Eli, Stella & Lacie Kay

2 God grandchildren: Andrea & Sylvia

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. and on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Columbia Church of Christ with a Celebration of Paula’s life starting at 1:00 P.M. with Dean Roach and Mike Ellis officiating.
