Betty Ruth Stephens Tucker-Hayes, 85, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Born January 16, 1936 as Betty Ruth Stephens in Russell County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Beatrice Stephens.
Betty was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a woman of deep faith, and a member of Stithton Baptist Church in Radcliff for over thirty years before joining Severns Valley Baptist Church in Elizabethtown. Betty worked for Revlon, Russell County Hospital Admissions, and volunteered at the hospital in Elizabethtown. Betty was loved by everyone she knew.
Betty was preceded in death by her first husband, Albert Tucker; and a sister-in-law.

3 sons: Michael Tucker of Michigan, Steven (Suzanne) Tucker of Hawaii, and Bruce (Mary) Hayes of Columbus, Ohio
3 daughters: Elizabeth (Gary) Lancaster of Ekron, Susan (George) Patton of Elizabethtown, KY, and Rita (John) Riley of Bowling Green, KY
2 sisters: Joyce (Don) Foley of Maryland and Peggy (Terry) Loy of Russell Springs, KY
1 brother: Marshall (Carol) Stephens of Russell Spring, KY
7 grandchildren: Laura (Darryl) Matherly, Ashley (Adam) Schell, Joshua Miller, Adrian Patton, Georgianna (Drew) Patton-Masterson, Tyler Tucker, and Travis Tucker
8 beloved great-grandchildren
