Brenda Rose Wilson, 69, of Russell Springs, KY (formerly of Fairmount, IN) passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Russell County Hospital. She was born in Somerset, KY on May 26, 1951, a daughter of the late Burvel (B.G.) and Adelyne (Ashbrook) Smith.
Brenda was a devout Christian and talented pianist who played the piano at her church for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Lenvel Gene Wilson.

1 daughter: Melinda (Shawn) Stephens, of Russell Springs, KY
2 stepsons: Brian Wilson of Summitville, IN and Mike Wilson of Elwood, IN
1 sister: Carleen (Jimmie) George, of Russell Springs, KY
2 brothers: Clinton Smith of Russell Springs, KY; Michael (Ruth) Smith of Cincinnati, OH
4 grandchildren: Jessica (Zackary) Litton, Rebecca (Brian) Baker, Shawn (Kelsey) Stephens, and Nathan Stephens
2 great-grandchildren: Elliot Harris and Anaya Baker
Her 2 beloved dogs: Carla and Rose
Cremation was chosen and a celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date.
