Annamae Marie Cruz, 40, of Horse Cave, KY died Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born on November 8, 1980 to the late Ralph and Cathy Cross Woods.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Matteo Callejas.

1 brother: Ralph Woods, Jr. of Danville, KY
Graveside Service: Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 1:00pmCT at the Columbia Cemetery.
Visitation: Tuesday from 11:00am-1:00pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
