Joe Flanagan, 66, of Somerset, KY, formerly of Russell County, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Somerset, KY on August 22, 1954, a son of the late Mary (Mitchell) and Attis E. Flanagan.
Joe was a retired paramedic & firefighter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Rudy Flanagan.

1 brother: Dan (Ginny) Flanagan of Campbellsville, KY
3 grandchildren: Connor James Flanagan, Anthony Kirk Flanagan, and Cherry Lily Pabey

Interment: Jamestown Cemetery
