Forest Wayne Tarter, 64, of the Eli community of Russell County, KY passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. He was born on July 13, 1956 in Somerset, KY, son of the late Adelma Rowe and Bethel Roy Tarter.
Forest farmed produce, tobacco and cattle all his life on his family farm.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 18, 2021 at 3:00pmCT at Bernard Funeral Home with Sister Laura Harris officiating. Inurnment to follow in Coffey’s Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation: After 1:00pmCT on Friday
