Roger Bertram, 69, of Monticello, KY passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY. He was born in Monticello, KY on October 6, 1951, a son of the late Marcus Bertram and Grace Ann (Crabtree).
Roger served in the U.S. Army and was a truck driver at First Fleet.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Shearer Bertra and a brother, Thomas Bertram.

2 daughters: Angela Braden and Melinda Kinnett, both of Monticello, KY
1 son: Travis Bertram of Burksville, KY
1 brother: Don Bertram of Monticello, KY
2 grandchildren: Katelyn Braden and MiKayla Griffin
1 great-grandson: Declan Harrison
Funeral Service: Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 2:00pmCT at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Brandon Welch officiating
Visitation: After 11:00amCT on Saturday
Interment: Jamestown Cemetery with military honors by the Russell County Honor Guard
The family requests memorial donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland and these can be made at the funeral home.
