Robert “Bob” Hadley, 78, of Princeton, IN passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Home in Oakland City, IN. He was born in Columbia, KY on November 25, 1942 to Edd Logan & Bessie Dale (Helm) Hadley.
Bob was the owner operator of Hadley Excavating in Princeton. He had lived in Gibson County most of his life. He enjoyed working, spending time with his grandchildren and playing with his dogs.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Mamie Rose Hadley in 2015 and 5 siblings: Lonnie, Juanita, Betty, Bryan and Ralph.

4 grandchildren: Colton Dale Hadley, Hadley Laine Sheffer, Ainsley Breann Sheffer, and Samantha Rose Sheffer
5 sisters: Ethel Burton of Columbia, KY; June Doss of New Palestine, IN; Sandy Dorraugh of Princeton, IN; Becky Hadley of Oakland City, IN; and Joyce Schoonover of Lynnville, IN
Funeral Service: Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 10:00amCT at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, Indiana with Pastor Justin Dyehouse officiating
Burial: Columbia “White Church” Cemetery
Visitation: Tuesday from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and Wednesday after 9:00amCT at Colvin Funeral Home
